Order Rights:  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Unauthorized commercial resale is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious reseller orders and ban associated accounts.


5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and subject to force majeure:
  • Local warehouse dispatch: 6-15 days.
  • International dispatch: 10-30 days.


6. Returns & Exchanges

Products may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy. No restocking fee applies. Due to the intimate nature of the products, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
