Order Processing Time

Please note that updates to the logistics carrier's network system may experience a 48–72 hour delay.
If you still cannot track any logistics updates 3 days after receiving the tracking number, please contact our customer service team.
Shipping Costs
Specific shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed by the system at checkout based on the parcel's weight, volume, and destination country/region. We also periodically offer "Free Shipping on Orders Over a Certain Amount" promotions, subject to the details displayed on the checkout page.

The system will automatically match you with the optimal fulfillment warehouse based on your shipping address.

o Advantages: Shipped directly from local warehouses via premium local couriers, offering faster delivery and typically avoiding additional cross-border customs fees.

o Carriers: International dedicated logistics lines or international postal parcels.
Important Notes

For orders shipped from outside the EU, we will calculate and collect Value Added Tax (VAT) at checkout in accordance with EU regulations, ensuring you do not need to pay extra upon receipt.
For other regions or special tariffs, if customs levies import duties, they are to be borne by the buyer.
We recommend checking local policies before placing an order.

For cross-border parcels, customs may conduct random inspections and require you to provide clearance documents.

Please carefully verify your shipping address when placing an order.If a parcel is returned by the logistics company due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the buyer, or an inability to contact the recipient, the reshipping cost must be borne by the buyer. However, if verified to be a logistics company error or our system error causing the address parsing failure, we will reship for free.

Please be sure to inspect the outer packaging upon receipt. If you find the parcel severely damaged during transit, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of signing (service@dryuu.com) and provide clear photos of the damaged outer box, shipping label, and product damage. For transit damages reported past the deadline, it will be difficult for us to file a claim with the logistics company.

Actual transit times may be affected by force majeure factors (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, sudden customs policy changes, strikes, riots, etc.).
Unforeseeable delays arising from these will not be counted within the normal promised transit time.
