The terms governing access to the Dr.YUU website, purchases, shipping, returns, privacy, and use of our services.

2. Use of the Site

Age Restriction & Compliance: This site and its products are strictly limited to adults aged 18 and over. By using our site, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. All characters depicted on this site are purely fictional and aged 18 or older.

3. Product Information

Product Scope & Operational Policies

This site operates as an e-commerce retailer focused on male health and personal care devices. Access and purchase are strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or older.

  • Physical Goods Only: We solely retail physical items. We do not sell dolls, virtual products, or digital content.
  • Service Limitations: We provide standard after-sales support only. We do not provide usage guidance, consultations, or adult video or audio media.

Display Accuracy

Due to TPE or silicone manufacturing, actual items may have slight variations in color or texture. For global compliance, some images are artistically rendered. All delivered products conform to the listed specifications and applicable industry standards.

Health & Liability

Products are strictly for private use. Customers must follow the user manual for hygiene and electronic safety. The Company assumes no liability for allergies, injuries, or damages caused by improper use, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

4. Orders & Payments

Billing Descriptor (Privacy Protection): To protect your privacy, your credit card or payment statement will display a discreet, non-descriptive name, such as "HUANQU TECH" or "Dr.YUU ONLINE." It will not contain sensitive terms such as "adult" or "sexual."

Order Rights: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Unauthorized commercial resale is strictly prohibited. We may cancel suspicious reseller orders and restrict associated accounts.

If we cancel an order because the destination or address type cannot be fulfilled, any amount paid for the unavailable order or shipment will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and carrier-observed holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Delivery Times

  • US local warehouse dispatch: Estimated 3-10 business days after dispatch for eligible in-stock products.
  • International dispatch: Estimated 10-30 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and exclude weekends and statutory holidays. Actual delivery times may be affected by force majeure, carrier delays, customs processing, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Canada Product Eligibility

Delivery to Canada is available for selected products only. A product is eligible for Canada delivery only when its product page clearly states that Canada shipping is supported. Every item in an order must be eligible; checkout will not complete an order for a Canadian address if any item is not eligible. If an ineligible order is created because of a system error, we may cancel the order or the unavailable item and refund the amount paid for it.

Current Delivery Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to the following destinations:

  • Afghanistan
  • Pakistan
  • Jordan
  • Libya
  • Kosovo
  • Iraq

This list is based on carrier and destination eligibility and may be updated without prior notice. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout.

US Delivery Restrictions

We currently cannot accept orders or provide delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or the Northern Mariana Islands. We also cannot deliver to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

US local warehouse shipping applies only to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States. This restriction may be updated based on carrier coverage and destination eligibility, and delivery availability is confirmed at checkout.

Duties, Taxes, and Charges

The United States does not impose a federal Value Added Tax (VAT). Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout where required.

For orders shipped from our US local warehouse, additional import customs fees are normally not expected. Any carrier or customs charge not collected at checkout remains the recipient's responsibility.

For other regions or special tariffs, customs import duties are borne by the buyer. We recommend checking local policies before placing an order.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Products may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy. No restocking fee applies to eligible returns. Because of the intimate nature of the products, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective, damaged, or not the item ordered.

US & Canada Return Responsibility

  1. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Dr.YUU will cover the applicable return shipping cost or provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
  2. If you request a return for personal reasons, including a change of mind or an accidental purchase, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping cost.
  3. If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or failure to cooperate with customs within the carrier's deadline, the customer is responsible for the actual return, reshipping, or disposal cost.
  4. If our system or the logistics company caused the delivery failure, we will correct the issue and reship the item free of charge.

Return Authorization

Contact customer service before returning any item. Do not return a parcel directly to the address on the original shipping label or to the registered company address. Returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code and the authorized return instructions provided by customer service.

7. Intellectual Property & User Content

All content on this site is protected. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, email service@dryuu.com with your written notice.

User Submissions

Uploading images or videos containing explicit genitals or real or simulated sexual acts is strictly prohibited. Violators may have their content removed and their accounts restricted or banned.

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal data submitted through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUANQU TECH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED assumes no liability for indirect or incidental damages, except for physical injury or property damage caused by gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

For US Residents: Any disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under AAA rules, waiving the right to a jury trial and class action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For EU Residents: Disputes may be submitted to the competent local or Hong Kong courts or the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, as applicable.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
